1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our storefront or placing an order through BNF Patisserie ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all orders placed online, via WhatsApp, or directly at our kitchens.

2. Made-to-Order Slots & Availability

All our dessert hampers, brownie boxes, and bakery items are freshly baked and handcrafted for your selected delivery or pickup slot date.

• Each date has a fixed batch capacity to maintain artisanal quality. Once slots for a date fill up, they are marked as sold out.
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of online payment or designated advance confirmation.
• Slot dates can be rescheduled subject to availability if requested at least 24 hours prior to the bake date.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian National Rupees (INR ₹).

• We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking via secure online payment gateways.
• For kitchen pickup orders, advance payment terms may apply with any remaining balance payable at counter pickup.
• Delivery charges (via Porter or on-demand couriers) are computed according to distance or payable to the rider directly upon arrival.

4. Perishable Goods & Consumption

Our hampers contain perishable culinary items made without artificial preservatives.

• Please refrigerate or store the items in a cool, dry place as indicated on product packaging upon receipt.
• Best consumed within the recommended shelf life noted on each hamper.
• Allergen Notice: Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles dairy, eggs, nuts, gluten, and soy. If you or the recipient has severe allergies, please check with us before placing an order.

5. Pickup & Delivery Terms

For pickup orders, boxes must be collected from our designated kitchen during operational hours (Open every day, 5:00 PM – 11:30 PM). For deliveries, you must provide a complete address and reachable contact number. We are not liable for delayed or unfulfilled deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses or unreachable recipients.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
