Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because our artisanal hampers are freshly baked to order for specific dates, our policy balances flexibility with fresh kitchen preparation.
1. Order Cancellations & Rescheduling
Every box is handcrafted and baked fresh for the date you select. Because ingredients and baking schedules are reserved in advance:
- More than 24 hours prior to slot date: You can reschedule to another available open date without any penalty, or request a full refund or store credit.
- Within 24 hours of slot date: Because doughs, batters, and fresh fillings have already been prepped for the morning bake, cancellations made within 24 hours cannot be refunded or cancelled.
2. Damaged or Compromised Hampers
We take utmost care packaging every box with secure inserts, bubble layers, and ribbons. In the rare event your order is damaged during courier transit:
- Inspect your package upon arrival from the delivery rider.
- Notify us within 2 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at 9650778393 with clear photos or an unboxing video of the damaged box.
- Upon quick verification, our kitchen will immediately dispatch a fresh replacement or issue an appropriate refund.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds or free replacements cannot be granted in the following circumstances:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address or contact number provided by the sender.
- Recipient unavailable, unreachable by phone, or unwilling to receive the delivery when the rider arrives.
- Uncollected pickup orders not collected during our daily operating hours (Open every day, 5:00 PM – 11:30 PM).
- Perishable products spoiled due to improper storage after safe delivery.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved by our team:
- UPI payments are typically credited back to the source bank account within 24 to 48 hours.
- Credit card, debit card, or net banking refunds are credited within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your issuing bank.
