How our fresh bakes and handcrafted dessert hampers travel safely from our Krishna Nagar kitchen to your celebrations.
1. Serviceable Areas
BNF Patisserie provides on-demand doorstep deliveries across Delhi and selected NCR locations (including Noida, Ghaziabad, and Gurugram) using reliable point-to-point courier partners like Porter.
2. Baked For Your Date (Slot-Based Dispatch)
Unlike shelf-stocked retail items, our bakes are prepared exclusively for the date chosen during checkout.
- Baking begins on the morning of your selected date.
- Orders are inspected, hand-packed with protective packaging, tied with ribbon, and prepared for dispatch.
- Deliveries leave our kitchen during the afternoon/evening delivery window.
3. Delivery Methods & Charges
Doorstep Courier Delivery
We book an on-demand rider (e.g., Porter two-wheeler or four-wheeler) directly from our kitchen to your address. The fare is calculated based on distance and vehicle type, and is payable directly to the rider or at checkout.
Free Kitchen Pickup
You or your representative can pick up your ready box directly from our main kitchen in Krishna Nagar at zero delivery cost.

5. Delivery Tracking & Recipient Availability
- You can check the status of your order anytime on our Track Order page using your order code.
- Once your box is handed to the rider, we can share the live rider tracking link via WhatsApp or SMS.
- Because dessert hampers contain temperature-sensitive items, please ensure the recipient is available at the provided address to receive the delivery promptly.
